OEM & ODM
Your application.
A defined specification.
Discuss OEM & ODM requirements with us. Feasibility, development scope, tooling and order quantities are confirmed individually.
Start with the information that matters.
- Equipment application, load and operating conditions
- Wheel diameter, overall height and installation dimensions
- Wheel material, mounting type and braking requirements
- Drawings, reference samples or a target model
- Order quantity, packaging needs and inspection criteria
Custom configurations, color, material, structure or tooling requirements need individual review. We do not assume every request is feasible.
Requirement review
Review your application and discuss an existing series or a potential custom configuration.
Scope & quotation
Agree specifications, development scope, component sourcing, MOQ and pricing.
Sample confirmation
Samples can be shipped. Buyer covers freight and basic costs; the exact amount is confirmed in advance.
Production agreement
Confirm the order, inspection requirements and delivery schedule before production.
Trial orders & quantity tiers
Standard products can start from 1,000 pcs for a trial order, subject to the selected model. Request quotations at 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 pcs to compare quantity options. Custom-product MOQ is discussed separately.
Lead time
Typical lead time depends on the model, quantity, component availability and agreed requirements. Selected standard orders of approximately 3,000 pcs may be completed in about 5 days, subject to confirmation.
